Welcome! We want you to relax and enjoy your stay. To make things smooth for everyone we ask that you follow these rules: * Security deposit required: we place a 14 day authorization hold; final release depends on a quick inspection after checkout * Pets are welcome with prior approval. There is a $150 fee per approved pet. Unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge * Dogs or children under 18 should never be left alone on the property; violation results in a $250 fee * Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road. Violation results in a $150 charge * All trash must be bagged before placing it in the dumpster. Failure to do so results in a $100 cleanup fee * No smoking inside. Detection of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs * Up to four (4) vehicles are allowed. All must park in the driveway. Extra vehicles or off driveway parking results in $75 per vehicle per day and towing may be enforced * Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited. Violation leads to immediate cancellation eviction and no refund * Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. One warning will be issued. First disturbance after warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. * No parties or unauthorized events allowed. Violation results in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay To ensure the safety of all guests and residents. We reserve the right to deduct fines, repair, or cleaning costs from your deposit or charge your payment method. Serious violations may lead to cancellation with no refund. Thank you.
