Failure to do so results in a $100 cleanup fee * No smoking or vaping inside the unit; smoking outside only. * No parking on grass. * No parties or unauthorized events allowed. Violation results in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay * Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited. Violation leads to immediate cancellation eviction and no refund * Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. One warning will be issued. First disturbance after warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. To ensure the safety of all guests and residents. We reserve the right to deduct fines, repair, or cleaning costs from your deposit or charge your payment method.
